Seaside apartments

Completely furnished and equipped studio apartments (35 sq. m) are situated on the second level of a three-level residential building (9 steps).

The apartments are comfortable, cosy and equipped with an environment control system. They are completely ready for personal accommodation.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and appliances: refrigerator, microwave oven, electrical cooker, ventilation.

The apartments are equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an air conditioner, as well as a satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

King-size bed and all the accessories including towels and bed linen. Bathroom is equipped with a heater and a hairdryer.

Apartments have an open balcony with a rest space.

Apartments are located in a 100 metres distance from the beach and seaside promenade with playgrounds for children, cafes and restaurants. Near the residence, there is a bus stop, 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants where you can enjoy seafood, meat and game meals as well as vegetarian and Chinese cuisine. There are enough lots for free car parking.

The apartments are located in 5 minutes’ drive form the clinic; a direct bus runs between the residence and the clinic.

Within the walking distance you can visit the famous cave of the Prophet Elijah and the place at the Mount Carmel where he competed with priests of the Golden calf. On your way there you will find the Pirates Museum and the National Maritime Museum. A funicular will smoothly take you to the lighthouse and the Carmelites convent at the Mount Carmel.

Amateurs of landscape and gardening art will enjoy the Baha’i Gardens which are only at 4 bus stops away. They are beautiful day and night when a pearl necklace of lights surrounds the Mount Carmel.

Colony Hotel

Colony Hotel, Haifa is located in the area which used to be populated by Jews from Germany. Now it is pedestrian tourist street. Nearby you will find a multitude of cafes and restaurants with a huge selection of food for every taste.

Nearby you can find a railway station from where you can easily and quickly get to the central part of the country.

Two years ago the hotel has been completely refurbished but many elements of the last century style were preserved. All flats are equipped with flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, a minibar, a coffee corner. Some rooms have a Jacuzzi. The hotel also has a conference room and a SPA. Free car parking.
